How long to roast gammon

As a guide, gammon takes about 40 minutes per kilogram, plus around 30 minutes on top, cooked at 180°C (fan 160°C, gas mark 4). Enter your joint's weight above and the calculator does the arithmetic. Boil first if the joint is very salty, then roast. Glaze in the last 20 minutes.
